Capturing life’s special moments is the passion of Rosa Mills & Bekki Kaylor.  Rosa & Bekki started Picture Perfect Photography together in 2000 when they opened their first office in Three Rivers. In 2005, they expanded their business and opened a second location in downtown Visalia.  Rosa & Bekki offer outdoor and location portrait sessions and also enjoy traveling to the coast or to wherever your special location might be. 

Their style for weddings is a combination of photo-journalistic and posed portraits put together in their own unique way to create the most stunning wedding albums you've ever seen! Rosa & Bekki's experience has taught them how to direct what they shoots without affecting the event. Their upbeat manner creates an easy going environment for brides and grooms, putting their mind at ease on what can be a very stressful day. Their uniquely creative style allows them to create works of art, as well as memories for a lifetime.

Rosa & Bekki also shoot portraits of families, high school seniors, executives, brides and engaged couples.  Their passports are current!! They are available for destination weddings and can travel anywhere that fine photography services are desired.

From weddings and special events to children and families sharing time together in their studio or on location, life’s most precious moments happen in a blink of an eye… and they are captured forever with the click of a camera lens.
